Receiving orders through your online store and processing them online.

When you receive an order through your online store Avon will email you to let you know, (but also go on your store regularly to check for any orders.)

If a customer opts for Direct Delivery they pay online when they place their order and the order is delivered direct to them by Avon. You don’t need to do anything. The commission and handling fee for this order will show on your next invoice.

 

If A customer opts for REP Delivery the order will come to you, for you to deliver to the customer, collect money and pay Avon in the usual way.

Once you receive an order you need to go onto your Avon store to process the order this is done in 3 steps.

  1.   Accept or decline the customer. (if its too far away for you to deliver you can decline)

     2.   If you accept the customer you need to process the order to your rep website.
  1. You will need to log out of your store and website then log back in for the order to be processed to your website. Once you have logged back in go to the bottom of your screen and the order will be pending.

Go on and accept the order. Once the order is accepted it is saved and added to your next order.
