This event was held at The Belfry Hotel for my area while others had them split all over the UK depending on the area they lived. Avon do not do nothing by half and always highly reward success and achievements.

The evening kicks off with lots of recognition and awards hosted by our very own Divisional Manager Annette Marchant and each areas own Area Manager, our very own Amir who looked after us like princess's but then again he always does. Then followed by a three course meal and a great disco to round off the night.

It's great to see so many people achieve goals, some come back from previous years and achieve even higher rewards and I'm always proud to attend these events.

To achieve this amazing status and these Fabulous rewards all you need to do is achieve over £6,500.00 in sales over a year. It may surprise you to know there are only 7% of Avon Representatives in the country who achieve this status.

It has been a fabulous year for Team Nitro I think we did AMAZING!!!!
