5 tips to make you feel fabulous!
Get more sleep!
Easier said than done but, if you can, SLEEP. Obviously, children (in my case), work, worries, inability to switch off etc. can get in the way. So try to unwind. That means no laptops, mobiles or tablets before bed; we don’t even have a TV in our bedroom! I find a nice, hot bath with my fave Avon Planet Spa bubbles (currently Caribbean Escape Luxurious Bath Elixir), a good book and a spritz of Sleep Serenity Pillow Mist helps me to unwind.
I know it sounds obvious but are you drinking enough? Hello plump skin, goodbye headaches! Try to fill a glass up every time you get a coffee and make sure you have a big drink of water when you wake in the morning to kick start your day.

I’ve been lathering on Skin So Soft Sensational 7 in one Glow Body Lotion instead of my usual body moisturiser. It really does give me softer, smoother looking skin, an even skin tone AND makes me look like I've had two weeks on the beach (without the sun damage!). Remember to apply evenly all over for that must have glow!
Come on, the sun is almost out and I’m sure you have holidays coming up! Nothing makes me feel fabulous like a good work-out. I’m not always motivated to go but once I’m in my gym kit (Avon, of course!) it really gets me in the mood! "Book a holiday, you can always make more money but you can’t make more memories". Nothing recharges you like a break, even if you don’t have the funds or the time, a walk in your local park or forest can really help clear the mind.
