Get to know the products, don't spend a fortune buying stuff but now and then when it's on offer maybe treat yourself or try a sample, customers will ask your opinion from time to time.

Love the products and your job and people will come to you - one of my friends calls me 'the most enthusiastic Avon lady shes ever met' ! I get new customers all the time from word of mouth, they want to be part of the excitement!

Emma Butler:

I always check customer orders specially when there are free gifts so your customer doesn't miss out. I didn't check one of my regular customers and she hadn't put the free gift code in luckily I had spare.
